Portion of the HISTORICAL PALAZZO, called “PALAZZO CARISSIMO” located in the center of Francavilla Fontana, Brindisi. The portion offered for sale is spread over four levels and corresponds to approximately half of the building, located on the right side when facing it, overlooking Via Roma and Via Pepe.

Dating back to the first half of the 1700s, the building has an imposing façade, enriched by a long balcony as well as typical valuable elements that recall the Renaissance period, where the large portal stands out through which one reaches, via the entrance hall with barrel vault, in the porticoed courtyard, which leads to the homes, the rooms on the ground floor, and the garden, as well as the majestic stairwell that leads to the elegant apartments on the first floor.
